Our work in property management and lettings grew from our own experiences navigating the industry and the frustrations that came with it. Too often, calls were never returned, basic questions about properties went unanswered, and promises were made but not kept.

We saw first-hand how difficult it was for landlords and tenants alike to get the clarity and support they needed.

As landlords ourselves, with backgrounds in project management and marketing, we understand both the practical and human sides of property. These experiences shaped our belief that properties and landlords deserve better - and that strong management is the foundation of successful tenancies.

Put simply, good landlords create good homes, good homes support good tenants, and a good management company sits at the centre of it all.

We created Redfern Property to help from the inside out: bringing honesty, accountability, and clear communication to property management, and ensuring properties and people are looked after with the care and respect they deserve.

So how does it work? We haven’t rewritten the rulebook - we cover all the basics, but brilliantly.

We offer two clear options: tenant find only, for landlords who want support getting the right tenant in place, and fully managed, for those who want ongoing, hands-off management done right.

  • Tenant find only, done properly. We secure the right tenant and set everything up correctly, then hand management back to you.

    Includes: valuation, appraisal, viewings, referencing, tenancy setup, inventory, check-in and move-in documentation.

  • A fully managed service that takes care of the day-to-day, handles issues as they arise, and keeps things running smoothly without needing to chase.


    Includes: ‘Tenant Find Only’ at a reduced rate + rent collection, periodic inspections, ongoing maintenance, compliance reminders & coordination, tenant relationship management, deposit disputes and day-to-day oversight.
